Our EyeGoods items are handmade, and often the materials have characteristics and inconsistencies which are to be considered part of the natural beauty. Additionally, many items are created in small color batches with assorted materials and may not be identical to one another.
SHIPPING
Please allow two weeks to receive your EyeGoods purchases. We will contact you if there are any items that may be delayed.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope you LOVE your EyeGoods accessories purchase! However, if you feel the color or quality did not meet your expectations please let us know at hello@eye-goods.com within 30 days and we will exchange for other product(s) or issue a refund (less shipping) once the items are returned in original packaging, and confirmed to be in unused condition.
PRODUCT WARRANTIES
EyeGoods offers a 120 day warranty against the MANUFACTURER DEFECTS. Product replacement or refund (less shipping), will be offered, once product is returned or adequate photos of defect.
